Hello Phi Pi Family,

It is truly an honor to serve as your President Elect. I am grateful to be part of this chapter and to walk alongside such a thoughtful and dedicated group of nurses.

As we move through each week together, I would like to introduce a simple rhythm for our community. Each Monday, I will share a Word of the Week, something to pause with as we begin. Then, on Wednesdays, I will offer a short Midweek Reminder, just a gentle check in to support us as we move through busy schedules, full workloads, and everyday responsibilities.

Nursing is more than a profession. It reflects who we are, how we care, how we show up, and how we support one another. Each of you brings unique experiences, perspectives, and strengths that make Phi Pi what it is. My hope is that this remains a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, sharing your voice, and knowing you belong.

These weekly messages are simply meant to encourage, uplift, and remind us that even in the middle of demanding weeks, what we do and who we are matters.

Thank you for allowing me to serve and for being part of this incredible community. I am looking forward to the weeks ahead and to growing together as a chapter.

With care,

Nadine Cesaire, DNP, MBA, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

President Elect, Phi Pi Chapter
