A Message from your President Elect,
Phi Pi members have been busy doing fantastic things! It is always amazing how impactful our members are in the community at large. We are very interested in finding out what YOU have been doing in your community, your workplace, and your scholarly pursuits. Phi Pi knows that you have accomplished amazing things such as research, presenting and publishing during this fiscal year.
We want to know all about it! Have you presented at a professional nursing meeting or conference, or at a non-nursing professional meeting? Have you participated in a program or activity that increases awareness of nursing within your community? Have you been published since July 1, 2019? Have you been recognized in your work setting or within the health care community for outstanding work? Have you participated in a committee/task force with Phi Pi or with Sigma at the national or international level? Please take a few moments to let us know what you have accomplished from July 1, 2019 to the present. Our goal is to have more meaningful dialogue as it relates to these activities and accomplishments- and, I admit, to brag about how great our members are as well! We may even reach out to you to feature you in the “Member Highlight” spot in our monthly newsletter. Please send your information to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the heading “Member Accomplishments” by June 30, 2020.
We appreciate you sharing this piece of yourself with us. Phi Pi members are amazing, and we want to share this with all of our members, and with Sigma. Let’s be proud of our accomplishments- we work hard for them!
Thank you, and please stay safe, healthy, and strong.
