Election Timeline


The following positions will be voted on for Phi Pi in this years’ election: 

  • 1 Vice President position: 1-year term (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021)
  • 1 Secretary position: 2-year term (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2022)
  • 2 Counselor positions: 2-year term (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2022) MUST be Chamberlain full time or visiting professor
  • 1 Leadership Succession position-2-year term (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2022)

Election Timeline:

  • January 20th-Feb 20th: Position descriptions and recruiting for these positions will begin. This will include a series of webinars that will explain the open positions’  roles and responsibilities
  • February 22nd - March 31st: Submission of Consent to Serve forms and bios to the Leadership Succession Committee
  • April 1st - April 14th: Leadership Succession Committee compiles the ballot 
  • April 15th - May 6th:  Ballot is emailed to all active Phi Pi Members and voting takes place
  • May 15th, 2020:  New elected officials will be announced and introduced to membership
